The default collation
Description
The fn:default-collation function returns the default collation that is used in most operations where a collation is not explicitly specified. If no default collation is specified in the query prolog, the function returns the system default collation. If no system default collation is defined, the function returns a value representing the Unicode code point collation, http://www.w3.org/2005/xpath-functions/collation/codepoint.
