The public identifier of an unparsed entity

Description
~~~~~~~~~~~
The fn:unparsed-entity-public-id function returns the public identifier of the 
unparsed entity whose name is given by the value of the $entity-name argument, 
in the document containing the context node. Note: this is an XSLT-only 
function; it is not available in XQuery or XPath.
